Orders ship within 2 to 4 working days. As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number.

For Gabon, parcels are delivered to a pick-up point in Libreville.

The exact shipping cost is shown before payment, once you have entered your address.

Customs duties (outside the European Union)

For deliveries outside the European Union, the destination country may charge customs duties or import taxes. These are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.

Late, lost or damaged parcel

If your parcel does not arrive within the stated delivery time, or arrives damaged, email us at contact@bylmte.com with your order number (and a photo if the parcel is damaged). We will sort it out with the carrier.
