Returns and refunds

A jersey isn’t right for you? You have 14 days from the day you receive it to change your mind, without having to give a reason.

1. Returning an item because you changed your mind (right of withdrawal)

1. Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, by email to contact@bylmte.com, with your order number. You can also use the withdrawal form included in our terms and conditions of sale.
2. Send the item back within 14 days of your message. The return address will be sent to you by email.
3. Return shipping costs are paid by you.

You can try the jersey on as you would in a shop. However, an item that has been worn, washed or damaged may have its refund reduced in proportion to its loss of value.

2. Refund

We refund you within 14 days of your request, using the same payment method as for the order. The refund covers the price of the item and the original delivery cost (at the standard rate). We may wait until we have received the item, or proof that it has been sent back, before refunding.

3. Exchanging for another size

Write to us: send the item back (return shipping costs paid by you) and we will ship the right size as soon as we receive it, if it is available. If not, you will be refunded.

4. Faulty or non-conforming item

Every piece is checked before it is shipped. If an item has a defect, write to us with your order number and a photo of the problem. Return shipping costs are then paid by us and we will offer you a replacement or a refund. In all cases you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects, detailed in our terms and conditions of sale.
